COACHES

SUMMIT

Portland, Oregon | October 23-25, 2026 | Kimpton RiverPlace Hotel

What happens when coaches come together?

Magic. Ideas. Real conversation. The kind of fun that reminds you why you started doing this work.

Coaching can be an isolating profession. You hold space for everyone. You think deeply, you solve problems, you sit with people in their hardest moments. But too often, you're doing all of it alone. And you’re circling the same questions, carrying the same doubts, without anyone who truly gets it sitting across from you.

The Coaches Summit is three days, designed to change that.

This isn't a conference. It's a gathering.

Imagine walking into a room full of coaches who are just as excited as you are to talk about metaphysics and marketing in the same breath. Who want to geek out on coaching tools and also ask the big questions about meaning, purpose, and what it means to really live this work.

That's what this is.

Learning that actually moves you. Connection that lasts beyond the weekend. Collaboration that sparks ideas you couldn't have found on your own. And enough fun that you'll be talking about this October for years.

You'll leave fulfilled, inspired, and ready to keep going — with a community of coaches who are eager to stay connected.

What we're exploring together:

BUSINESS

Learn from those inside and outside of the coaching industry.

What's actually working right now, and how to build something sustainable without losing yourself in it.

COACHING TOOLS & CONFIDENCE

Expand your practice, deepen your presence, and show up more fully for your clients and yourself.

INTUITION & METAPHYSICS

How to improve your practice and grow your business using intuition and energy.

COME TOGETHER

You're a coach. Whether you’re new to the work or deep into it — it doesn't matter.

What matters is that you're someone who takes this work seriously, who wants to keep growing, and who is ready to be in a room full of people who feel the same way.

If you've ever wished you had more people in your life who understand what you do and why it matters. This is for you.

A PEEK INTO THE DETAILS.

About Your Hosts

Sarah and Hannah met in the most coach-y way possible. Sarah was Hannah's instructor at Wayfinder Coach Training. Very professional. Very focused.

And then they were both invited to a retreat in South Africa and discovered they shared a similar sense of humor and parenting stories.

That's what happens when you put coaches together. You show up for what you'll learn and how you'll grow, and leave with a friend who challenges, supports, and makes you laugh. Ideas get shared, tea gets poured, and somewhere along the way you start dreaming up things together.

This event is one of those dreams. We built it because we wanted more of that magic — more connection, more collaboration, more of the stuff that makes this work feel alive.

Come ready to grow, share, learn, and play. We've been waiting for you.

Sarah Papp is an Identity and Leadership Coach, ICF-PCC, with over 14 years of experience coaching individuals, leaders, and teams. She is a Master Certified Coach trained by Martha Beck, an instructor at Wayfinder Life Coach Training, and the founder of Fireside, a community for coaches. Her work lives at the intersection of identity, leadership, and soul.

Hannah Rathke is a Leadership and Culture Advisor with over a decade of experience at Deloitte and beyond. She works with senior executives and organizations navigating complexity, ambiguity, and change, bringing a rare combination of institutional rigor and deep human understanding to her work.
