welcome to ease.png

Finding ease doesn't seem so easy for many these days.

Have you wondered, why does everything feel so hard?

You are not alone.

So many (like me) have chosen to do more, move faster, work harder for the eventual relief it will bring, only to find themselves awake at night from stress and overwhelm.

Ease cannot be created out of struggle.

But it can be created out of ease.

If you want more ease in your life, then you're in the right place.

EASE magazine was inspired by my clients who were once overwhelmed, stressed and busy, but then shifted to become confident, radiant, joyful and at ease in their lives.

The changes I've seen over the years as a coach have knocked me over.

But these changes didn't come from hard work--they came from a shift in consciousness.

And then, practice

They practiced new thoughts.

Practiced paying attention to their feelings.

Practiced new behaviors.

For me, ease is a practice.

I consciously practice ease, because when I don't I fall back into the pattern of working hard and going at it alone.

I want EASE magazine to be a place to help with the practice.

When things feel hard, know that you have a place to come to feel connected to ease again. You'll find audios, recipes, funny videos, and coaching tips all intended to create more ease.

As Albert Einstein said, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it."

My hope is that this will become a community of like-minded friends who are dropping the struggle and exhaustion and living from a new level of consciousness, one that allows us to create what we want in life with ease, confidence and joy.

I'm so glad to have you here.

All the best always,

No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.
