By enrolling in Alive & Aligned, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is designed to support your personal growth and transformation in a safe, uplifting community.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this program, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits once payment has been made. Please be sure this program is right for you before enrolling.

2. Personal Responsibility

By participating in Alive & Aligned, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions throughout the program. This program is for educational and personal development purposes and is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or financial guidance.

3. Community Guidelines & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Alive & Aligned is a space for connection, growth, and mutual support. To maintain an inclusive and uplifting environment, we have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination
  • Harassment, bullying, or disrespect toward other participants or facilitators
  • Disruptive or harmful behavior that negatively impacts the group

If a participant engages in any of the above behaviors, they may be immediately removed from the program without a refund.

Monthly fees will occur automatically on the same day every month. This day is determined by the date you initiated your payment (eg: If you sign up on the 11th, you will be charged on the 11th of every month).

Coupons are for one-time use only. 

4. Confidentiality & Respect

To create a safe space for vulnerability and deep personal work, we ask that all participants respect the confidentiality of what is shared within the community. You agree not to record, screenshot, or share content from the program (including personal stories shared by others) without explicit permission.

5. Program Access & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided in Alive & Aligned are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use program materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Modifications & Termination

The facilitator reserves the right to make adjustments to the program structure, schedule, or materials as needed. If a participant is found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, their access may be revoked without notice.

7. Agreement
