Fireside Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Meeting Schedule: Fireside meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1 PM Pacific. Occasionally, dates may shift due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Billing & Payments: Your membership fee is automatically charged on the same day each month, based on your original sign-up date (e.g., if you sign up on the 11th, you’ll be charged on the 11th of every month).

  • Coupons & Discounts: Any coupon codes or special discounts apply only to the first month of membership. After that, the regular monthly rate will apply.

  • Commitment Periods: If you sign up for a 3-month or 6-month membership, you are committed for the full duration and cannot cancel before your term is complete.

  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel your Fireside membership, we require a 30-day written notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, including past payments. Please be sure to review all membership details before joining.
