Monthly membership fees will occur automatically on the same day every month. This day is determined by the date you initiated your membership. (Example: If you signed up for Fireside on the 11th then future payments will automatically be charged to your credit or bank card on the 11th of each month.) Members will not receive a reminder of this recurring payment.
LATE PAYMENT
Members will be notified via email if payment is declined and are asked to provide payment immediately. All late payments are subject to a 10% late fee. If payment has not been received within two weeks of the recurring payment date, the membership is subject to immediate cancellation.
COMMITMENTS
Promotional discounts are offered to members who make a 3-month and 6-month commitment. Discounts will be applied to the first month only. Members who cancel their membership prior to completing their commitment will be charged a fee equivalent to the original discount. Please see Cancellations & Refunds for further information.
COUPONS
All coupons are for one-time use and to be applied to one monthly payment only.
AFFILIATE PAYMENT
Fireside offers an affiliate program. If you refer a coach to Fireside and they become a new member, you will receive a $50 affiliate credit to your membership account. Affiliate payments will not be given as cash. Affiliate payments will not be given to past payments.
If the affiliate payment exceeds the membership due, then the payment will be applied to the next month's payment.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Members are required to provide a 30-day notice of membership cancellation by emailing [email protected].
Members will continue to have access to the membership site and Fireside calls until the day before the next scheduled payment.

THE LEGAL STUFF
Use of www.sarahpappcoaching.com including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC., is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Fireside members, site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
USE OF SITE & COMMUNITY
You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
Any verbal, non-verbal or written posts or comments that violate this policy will result in immediate termination of membership.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO YOUR MATERIALS
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC. remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC. harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC., including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
