AS A PARTICIPANT OF EMPOWERED EASE by Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION OF EMPOWERED EASE AND ITS POLICIES: 

 

EMPOWERED EASE PROGRAM

Empowered Ease by Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC is a 6-month program offering a total of 12 live sessions. All sessions will be recorded and stored in a secure, online learning platform where participants will have access.  

Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC will provide a calendar with all meeting dates to participants, but reserves the right to reschedule meeting dates due to illness or other conflicts. Any session that is cancelled will be rescheduled.  

This program is designed to provide tools and coaching that may come in the form of worksheets, training, suggestions, and coaching. This program is designed to challenge and provoke thoughtful introspection for each participant.  

Participants of Empowered Ease agree that they are fully responsible for their physical and mental well-being, as well as all decisions and actions brought forth from sessions, worksheets, coaching, recordings, the Empowered Ease community, and all resources. 

Participants of Empowered Ease agree that they understand Sarah Papp is not a mental health care professional and Empowered Ease is not a replacement for mental health care. 

Participants of Empowered Ease will have access to live sessions as well as recorded sessions and resources. 

COMMUNITY

Empowered Ease by Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC is a community-based program with a commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment. As a participant of Empowered Ease are agreeing the to USE OF SITE & COMMUNITY policy. 

 

 

*For 7-month payment option. Full Payments do not recur. 

PAYMENT

Monthly payments will occur automatically on the same day every month. This day is determined by the date you initiated your payment.  (Example: If you signed up for Empowered Ease on the 11th then future payments will automatically be charged to your credit or bank card on the 11th of each month.) Participants are not guaranteed a reminder of this recurring payment.

LATE PAYMENT

Particiapants will be notified via email if payment is declined and are asked to provide payment immediately. All late payments are subject to a 10% late fee. If payment has not been received within two weeks of the recurring payment date, the participant is subject to program termination. 

COUPONS

All coupons are for one-time use and to be applied when signing up only.

THE LEGAL STUFF

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Empowered Ease participants, site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them. 

USE OF SITE & COMMUNITY

You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Any verbal, non-verbal or written posts or comments that violate this policy will result in immediate termination of membership. 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO YOUR MATERIALS

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC. remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC. harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Sarah Papp Coaching, LLC., including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service

Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

CHANGED POLICIES

We may at any time amend these Policies as well as the Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Policies on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Policies, at any time.
