About Sarah
Sarah Papp is a Master Certified Coach and mentor known for her grounded presence, powerful insight, and transformational coaching style. With over a decade of experience coaching individuals, executives, and groups—including leaders at Fortune 100 companies and hundreds of coaches—Sarah helps clients grow with clarity, courage, and soul.
She began her private coaching practice in 2012 after completing Martha Beck's Coach Training and received her Master Certification in 2015. Since 2017, she has served as a lead instructor for Wayfinder Coach Training, guiding and mentoring new coaches with deep presence and practical wisdom. She has also mentored coaches through the ICF certification process since 2020.
Sarah’s additional training includes Chopra Center Coaching (2017) and Knowledge-Based Leadership Coach Training (2020). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Sarah Lawrence College and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
