The Coaches Gathering: Love. Connection. Remembering.

The earth is transforming, and so many of us are feeling it.

How we transform with it is through love and connection. For ourselves, for the people we serve, and for the community we're part of.

So I want to gather. In person, at a bunkhouse in Sherwood, with a small group of coaches who could use real connection right now.

We'll connect with the Divine love in all of us, and with nature. There'll be time for silence, rest, and reflection. Coaching and mentoring. And fun. Of course, fun.

Here's the plan:
Thursday, Oct 22: dinner together in the evening
Friday, Oct 23: all day together at Wildhorse Stables in Sherwood, 10am until we head to dinner locally
Saturday, Oct 24: coffee from 10 to noon (I'll share the spot soon)

Pricing is per person:
$275 for the weekend only - no lodging
$495 for the weekend plus Thursday and Friday nights in the Rose Cabin Bunkhouse at Wild Horse Mountain Farms, which covers your bed and some of the cost of hosting us. 

You might be wondering why it's priced so modestly. It's about a quarter of what my other retreats cost, and that's on purpose. We're craving connection and community, and retreats can often feel out of reach. I feel inspired to gather in person, and I wanted to open a space that's welcoming for coaches who could really use it.

Where we'll gather
We'll gather at the Rose Cabin at Wild Horse Mountain Farms, a 12-acre equine wellness farm on a mountaintop in Sherwood, right in Oregon wine country. It's also where the bunkhouse is, if you choose to stay over.

Meals
Meals are on your own and self-organized. Once you register, you'll be added to a group chat where we'll coordinate grocery runs, shared meals, and carpools. The bunkhouse has a full kitchen (no oven) for anyone who wants to cook together. For group dinners out, everyone covers their own, and I'll share the spots once I have our headcount.

There's room for 15 of us, with 9-10 beds in the bunkhouse.
