A Return to Self

The Coaches Gathering:
Love. Connection. Remembering.

October 22 to 24, 2026 · Wild Horse Mountain Farms, Sherwood, Oregon

Many of us are feeling the call to community. To gather.

For the opportunity to experience unity with others.

The earth is transforming, and we're all feeling it.

It's easy to forget that love is who we are. And accessing the Divine within nature and ourselves is how we serve in this next chapter.

The connection is sacred, and it's already there. Gathering is how we remember it.

Who it's for

Coaches who are craving connection.
If you've been feeling off lately, this is the gathering to recenter.

Your host

I'm Sarah Papp, a Master Certified Leadership and Identity Coach and ICF-PCC. For more than 14 years, I've worked with a wide breadth of individuals from creatives, healers, and coaches to ambitious entrepreneurs, scientists, and leaders at Fortune 100 companies. My work sits at the intersection of coaching, psychology, and spirituality, both practical and mystical. Fireside is my mentorship community for coaches. This is a small, intimate weekend, and I'll be holding it with you.

The weekend

A loose rhythm, held with love. There's room to breathe here.

Where to stay

Option 1: The Rose Cabin bunkhouse
Stay right on the property with the group. The cabin is semi-private, with four bunkrooms downstairs (two beds in each) and a double daybed upstairs. It sleeps 9 to 10 (10 only if two are willing to share the daybed). There's one bathroom for the whole cabin, so come ready to share.

Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen (no oven), a big open great room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Outside, there are two upper decks with seating and a patio with a small grass area, medicinal herbs and flowers, and a bubbling rock water feature. You'll have views of the horse paddocks, forest, and farmland.

Option 2: Stay elsewhere
Book your own Airbnb or a nearby hotel, or, if you're local, come for the days and sleep in your own bed.

What's included, and what's not

Included: The full gathering experience, plus Thursday and Friday nights in the bunkhouse if you choose that option.
Not included: Meals, travel, and lodging outside the bunkhouse.

Meals

Coffee, tea, and pastries included Friday and Saturday morning.

Lunch and dinner are on your own. Once you register, you'll be added to a group chat where we'll coordinate shared meals, and carpools. The bunkhouse has a full kitchen (no oven) for anyone who wants to cook together. For group dinners out, everyone covers their own, and I'll share the spots once I have our headcount.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is it priced so modestly?

It's about a quarter of what my other retreats cost, and that's on purpose. We're craving connection and community, and retreats can often feel out of reach. I feel inspired to gather in person, and I wanted to open a space that's welcoming for coaches who could really use it.

Do I have to be a Fireside Member?

Not at all! This gathering is open to any coach who's craving connection. Fireside members heard about it first, but if this speaks to you, you're warmly welcome.

Is this for certain types of coaches?

Nope. Any kind. Health coaches, executive coaches, healing practitioners, numerologists, and everyone in between. Even if you're taking a break from coaching right now, you belong here. Come.

What to bring:

A journal, layers, a rain jacket (it's Oregon), hiking shoes, and any food or snacks you'd like for the weekend.

Good to know

There's room for 15 of us, with 9 to 10 beds in the bunkhouse.

Please sign up by Friday, October 16, so I can plan our dinners and hold the space.

Spots are non-refundable, but if your plans change, you're welcome to pass yours to another coach.

Can't make it?

We'll be holding an intention circle for ourselves and others. If you'd like us to hold an intention for you, whether it's for healing, love, grief, relationships, money, or anything else you'd like support with, send it here. You're welcome to share your name or keep it completely anonymous.
