Many of us are feeling the call to community.Β To gather.

For the opportunity to experience unity with others.

The earth is transforming, and we're all feeling it.

The connection is already there. Gathering is how we remember it.

Who it's for

Coaches who are craving real connection.
If you've been feeling off lately, this is the gathering to recenter.

Your host

I'm Sarah Papp, a Leadership and Identity Coach and ICF-PCC. For more than 14 years, I've worked with leaders and executives at Fortune 100 companies. My work sits at the intersection of coaching, psychology, and spirituality, both practical and mystical. Fireside is my mentorship community for coaches. This is a small, intimate weekend, and I'll be holding it with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is it priced so modestly?

It's about a quarter of what my other retreats cost, and that's on purpose. We're craving connection and community, and retreats can often feel out of reach. I feel inspired to gather in person, and I wanted to open a space that's welcoming for coaches who could really use it.

What to bring:

A journal, layers, a rain jacket (it's Oregon), hiking shoes, and any food or snacks you'd like for the weekend.

Good to know

There's room for 15 of us, with 9 to 10 beds in the bunkhouse.

Please sign up by Friday, October 9, so I can plan our dinners and hold the space.

Spots are non-refundable, but if your plans change, you're welcome to pass yours to another coach.
